I rescued this gem from an old cassette tape. I think Jennifer York kicked ass on the vocal performance even tho the recording itself is not up to snuff.
Jennifer York is the songwriter and Copyright holder of this song... do NOT make commercial copys of this song. YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION!!!
I am the copyright holder of THIS PARTICULAR VERSION (MY guitar and audio mix/production...) and I grant EVERYBODY the right to listen to it... but NOT the right to sell it, NOR to make a cover version of it.
(If you want to do a cover version, get in touch with Jennifer York!)

Hey, is Jennifer on dmusic? This songs is truly blues. The sound recording only adds to the authenticity of it, although it does feel as though it was cut a little short. I LIKE IT!

Her and her boyfriend joined Electric Gypsy a few years ago for a couple of months, but they broke up and I haven't really heard from them since. I don't know if they have any other music online or not. They both were from London, Ky. The drummer at the time (Mike Fields) is/was in a band called Shotgun XII that had/has some music online. He would be the best place to search for more on Jennifer.

I should mention Mitch, the bass player and Ralph Lane on the strat guitar on the right hand side of the mix. Mitch probably had as much or more to do with the arrangement/chords on this than I did, and Ralph Lane is who wrote "Jessie" and had been a founding member of Electric Gypsy.

...but I have not heard hide nor hair from Jennifer York in a couple years. SHE is the "circle c" copyright holder of the lyrics and melody of this tune.
The rest of us guys only did the arrangement/accompaniment of this particular performance, (and I, myself am the one responsible for the recording/mix) of this VERSION of the song.
BUT...
"Heart Breaker" belongs to Jennifer York. (You must track HER down for anything more.)
